I really find the versions beyond 2017 to be incredibly clunky and instead of making my workflow smoother they just add unnecessarily to it, and as dramatic as it seems, if I'm unable to roll back I might just migrate to another software altogether. However, the earliest version I can go back to this way is 20.0.8, and that's really not ideal for me. I've recently had to reset Windows and therefore need to do a fresh install of all my software and I just hoped I could use the Creative Cloud app to pick the older version I want. I had it installed previously after I updated to 2018, found it very counterintuitive for my personal workflow, and rolled back immediately. This may seem like a strange request since the whole idea of Creative Cloud is to get the latest version instead of being stuck with the one you bought but I'm trying to install Photoshop 2017 in particular (I think that's any version between 18.0-18.9).
